Thank you for supporting Chosen Society! Every item is made to order so we can reduce waste and keep quality high.
Processing (Made-to-Order)
• Production time: 2–5 business days for most items (excluding weekends/holidays).
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Options & Estimates
We ship from a global network of professional print partners. Estimated transit times begin after your order has been produced.
United States
• Standard: ~2–5 business days
• Economy: ~4–8 business days
International (incl. CA, UK, EU, AU)
• Standard: typically 10–30 business days (varies by destination and customs).
Note: Times are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, carrier delays, or customs inspections.
Shipping Fees
• Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Exact rates for all other orders/destinations are shown at checkout.
Split Shipments
To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately with their own tracking numbers.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each item is made to order, we can only modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible at chosensociety1@gmail.com with your order number.
Address Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to sender, we can reship once a new shipping fee is paid.
Tracking & Delivery
• Tracking links are emailed when your order ships.
• If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please:
1. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early),
2. Check with neighbors/household and around the delivery area,
3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number, then
4. Email chosensociety1@gmail.com if still not found.
Claims for lost-in-transit packages must be reported within 15 days (U.S.) / 30 days (International) of the last scan.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may incur customs/VAT set by your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless noted.
Shipping Restrictions
Some destinations or carriers may be temporarily unavailable due to service interruptions. If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll notify you and refund your order.
