At Chosen Society, every piece is created with purpose, and we want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. This may include a replacement or full refund.

To start a return:
Email chosensociety1@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If applicable, include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
